2. Products and Services
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our solar products. However, SunVolta does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are completely error-free. Specifications of products (like solar panels, power generation systems, and street lights) are subject to change without prior notice due to continuous engineering improvements.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices displayed are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations.
- Quotations provided for turnkey projects, hybrid, on-grid, or off-grid installations are valid only for the duration specified in the quotation document.
- Full payment must be made as per the agreed milestones for large-scale solar projects.
4. Warranty and Liability
SunVolta provides performance warranties as explicitly stated on the product documentation (e.g., 25-Year Performance Warranty on Solar Panels). Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods during the warranty period. SunVolta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
5. Installation and Maintenance (SUMA)
For AMC and maintenance services (including our 24x7 Customer Care), terms of service will be dictated by the specific service contract signed by the customer. Our team is dedicated to providing efficient service, but response times may vary based on location and environmental conditions.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
